RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND ENTRY
-To confirm your reservation we will always require an advance payment of at least 20% of the rental cost. We reserve the right to request full payment in advance for bookings during special events.
-The check-in is realized by payment IN CASH of the remaining rental amount, as well as the deposit.
-Remember that without payment the check-in cannot be realized. Remember to bring with you your identity document or passport.
-The principal guest, (in the name of whom the reservations was made), must be aged 18 years or over and must be the person who actually uses the accommodation. At the time of making the reservation you must specify the number of persons who will have use of the apartment. The number of persons given at the time of the reservation must be the same as that actually occupying the apartment.
-The principal guest who makes the booking and who signs the documents at the check-in is personally responsible for the behavior of all of the guests that accompany him/her.
-If you know in advance your hour of arrival, please communicate it at your contact for the Check-in.
-Remember to bring with you the passport or identification and, in cash, the remaining amount of the rent and the deposit.
-One hour before your arrival, please contact with your contact person to confirm your check-in time at the apartment.
-Check-ins are possible from 3:00pm onwards, and are possible until 9:00pm. Any arrival after 9:00pm is subject to an extra payment in cash of 25 euro at the moment of arrival.
-Check-out is at 12:00h. Should you wish to depart later than this, inform us during the check-in and we will do everything we can to help.
-On check out you need to leave the keys on the table, close all door and windows, remove all garbage and leave the property clean, as clean as when you first moved in.
-The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or paypal within 5 days after check-out, provided that the same is abandoned in the same condition as found at the entrance.
In the following cases the DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE PARTIALLY OR FULLY REFUNDED:
-When the flat is left behind dirty, or when the trash has not been removed, the amount of 50 euro will be deducted from the deposit.
-In case of excessive use of electricity, above the IRC . See house rules: when you leave the house you need to switch off the AC. Electricity consumption superior to the IRC will be deducted from the deposit, and half of this amount is donated to Global Footprint Network. Read more.
-In case of loss of a set of keys: If you lose a set of keys we will deduct 25€ from your deposit.
-In case something is missing or broken as a result of misusage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
-In case you smoke in the apartment.
-In case of a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on how far ahead the dates of the reservation are:
More than 60 days before arrival: 15% of the total amount.
30-59 days before arrival: 25% of the total amount.
30-15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
-Less than 15 days before arrival: no cancellation and refund possible.
-We strongly recommend that the guest purchases travel cancellation insurance.
-In the event that the guest changes the dates, this will constitute a new reservation and shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
-Should we be unable to accommodate the guest in the apartment he has booked, and the guest refuse to stay in other apartment in same or better conditions, the guest will be refunded all money paid (except the part corresponding to the days that the apartment was used, if that is the case).
-Remember that the flat is surrounded by neighbors; so rules of the Homeowner’s Association have to be respected. Annoying, unhealthy, harmful, risky or illegal activities are forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse admission, and in the case of public scandal or inappropriate conduct, which disturbs the peace and dwelling in the building, can remove the occupier and take such measures as may be necessary. This would also result in the loss of paid rental and of the deposit without any right of compensation.
-Respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels down, not just in the flat but also in the stairwells. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00.
-The working norms of the proprietor's committee for the building, in which the accommodation is located, are to be respected, as well as the proper use of the common elements and fittings of the building.
-No parties are allowed to be held in the apartments, they are strictly forbidden.
-Smoking in the apartment is forbidden.
-pets or domestic animals is strictly prohibited.
-If you cause damage that could have been avoided to the apartment during your stay, you must reimburse to the owner the total cost of the damage. You agree to maintain in perfect conditions the apartment during your stay. You expressly acknowledges the absence of any Globexs responsibility or liability in these cases, and you also, in case the owner or third parties undertake any action or claim against Globexs as a result of such damage, shall be obliged to cover the full amount of such claim, plus the consequent Globexs compensation for damages caused.
-You expressly acknowledge that the contracted accommodation does not constitute your residence, or be used for purposes other than temporary residence, boasting only a right of use of the same during the contracted period.
-You expressly acknowledge that Globexs has no liability what so ever for any damage that may be caused to people or things and are caused by the installations or the service of the rental housing, as well as for damage, deterioration or loss or theft occurring in the property and / or its surroundings, whether caused by the tenant, or third parties.
-Always fully lock the main door of the apartment using the key, when going out.
-An effort has been made to prepare the residence for you to ensure that you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible during your stay, so you have the compromise to treat the apartment with care so that it is left just as you found it.
-While in the apartment do not contribute to unnecessary energy waste by making sure that the AC and the lights are off when you leave the apartment. Expenses of AC and heating are included in the rent up to a maximum of 60euro per month. If this amount is exceeded the difference will be discounted of the deposit.
_Leave the trash daily in the containers on the street. The guest is obliged to leave the apartment clean without waste or garbage inside. In this case, an additional amount of € 50 will be charged as an extraordinary cleaning fee.
* THESE ARE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FACILITATED BY GLOBEXS FOR AGILE AND CORRECT EXECUTION OF A RENTAL AGREEMENT. HOWEVER, IT IS THE CRITERIA OF OWNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TENANT, THAT DETERMINE THE FINAL CONDITIONS.
In compliance with the obligations deriving from the statutory law 15/1999, of the 13th December of the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data, as well as all data necessary to facilitate the delivery of the contracted service, will be included in a file, properly notified to the Spanish Agency for Protection of Data (AEPD). The purpose of said collection of data is to formalize and manage our services satisfactorily. In accordance with the law, you are able to exercise the right of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition of your personal data.
Having confirmed your reservation by doing the advanced payment of 20%, you admit that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.
